Terms of Service

1. Scope of Work: Supersun Electrical Services (“Company”) agrees to perform electrical contracting services as described in the written estimate. All work shall comply with the applicable Texas Electrical Safety and Licensing Act, the National Electrical Code as adopted by the State of Texas, and any applicable local regulations that apply.

2. Estimates and Pricing: Written estimates are valid for thirty (30) days. Final charges may vary based on actual site conditions and customer-approved changes. Customer will be notified of any material changes before work continues; and if there are material changes, then the Company will present a Change Order for the Customer’s approval.

3. Scheduling and Access: Customer agrees to provide Company with reasonable access to the premises during normal business hours or as otherwise agreed. Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling fees.

4. Materials and Permits: Company will obtain necessary permits and inspections as required by Texas, and any other applicable laws.  All materials furnished remain the property of Company until paid in full.

5. Payment Terms: Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon completion of services. Invoices not paid within ten (10) days may be subject to interest at the maximum rate allowed under Texas Finance Code. Company reserves the right to stop work or withhold permits/inspections for non-payment.

6. Warranties and Liability: Company warrants its workmanship for the duration of the Customer’s ownership of the premises. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or alterations by others. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Company’s liability is limited to the contract price of the services provided.

7. Safety and Compliance: Customer agrees to maintain a safe worksite and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Company may refuse to perform work it deems unsafe or unlawful under Texas standards.

8. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice if the other party materially breaches its obligations. Customer shall pay for all work performed and materials ordered prior to termination.

9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute shall lie in Williamson county.

10. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the signed estimate, constitute the entire agreement between Company and Customer. No oral statements or prior agreements shall have any effect unless expressly incorporated in writing.
