The people who paid for that work

"Gabe was very communicative, went through everything in detail, gave options and explained everything very well. I never felt pressured at all. Very pleased with this company."

"Recently used Supersun Electrical Services again and once again completely happy and satisfied with the work. Gabe communicates, lets you know if he is on his way, or might be late. Communicates throughout the entire process of the work. He does excellent work, makes sure everything is in good working condition before he leaves and makes sure he cleans up. Goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. Definitely recommend this company and when I need more electrical work they will be the one I call."

She called us back. Alberta wrote this review twice — once after the first job, and again after hiring us a second time. That second paragraph is the one that matters. Anyone can be good once.

"Gabe came over for an initial assessment of installing an EV charging station, and it was an excellent experience. He provided me with the best options within my budget. Although I haven't received any actual service yet, I'm confident that it will be great, considering the exceptional support Gabe and Jessie gave us."

Worth noting: Fernando wrote this after the consult — before we'd done any of the work. He'd only paid for an honest look and a straight answer. The two Tesla chargers above are his, installed after.

Questions

Service area, answered straight

What areas do you serve?

Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Hutto, and North Austin. We're based in Round Rock, so that's the center of the circle. If you're not sure whether you're in range, just call and ask — we'll tell you straight.

Are you actually local, or a call center?

Local. Supersun Electric is family and woman-owned, and our shop is at 1201 Glen Cove in Round Rock. When you call, you're dealing with the company that does the work.

Do you charge more if I'm farther out?

You'll always get the price before any work starts — upfront and flat-rate, approved by you first. No surprises on the bill.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. Panel replacements, new circuits, and most larger work need a permit and an inspection. We handle the permit and set up the inspection as part of the job.

What does a visit cost?

The consult is $119. A licensed electrician checks your whole system — not just the one thing you called about — and gives you a straight answer plus a flat price. If you move forward with same-day approved work, the $119 comes off the job.

What if it's an emergency?

Call us at (737) 351-2007. We won't promise a time we can't keep, but you'll get an honest answer about when we can be there. If you see flames or smoke, get everyone out and call 911 first.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — Texas Electrical Contractor license TECL #39536, insured, and Google Guaranteed. Every job is backed by our lifetime workmanship warranty.

Real protection means thinking ahead.

Based in Round Rock. Working the towns around it.
